ENTER TO WIN WHEN YOU LEAVE A REVIEW
**Winner Selection and Notification:** The winner of the Giveaway will be selected randomly under the supervision of the Sponsor, typically on or around the first of each month. The winner will be notified via email to the address submitted with their entry within three (3) business days of the selection. Entrants must be verified buyers to be deemed valid. In case of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry, as registered with the email service provider. Reve Collection will not be liable if a winner fails to receive notices due to spam filters, junk email settings, or incorrect contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) business days from the initial notification, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize awarded to another random entrant chosen by the Sponsor. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reve collection, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
ARBITRATION
Your use or access of the Site constitutes your acceptance of this Arbitration provision. All disputes or claims arising from these Terms of Use or the relationship between you and Reve Collection will be resolved through final and binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator. You and Reve Collection are waiving the right to file a lawsuit in court or participate in a class action. Any arbitration will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. The arbitration will be administered by Judicial Arbitration Mediation Services, Inc. (JAMS) for United States residents or the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) for Australian residents. The language of the arbitration will be English.
The arbitrator may conduct hearings by teleconference or videoconference unless an in-person hearing is determined to be appropriate. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and may include temporary or permanent injunctive relief as necessary. The award rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed and enforced in any court having jurisdiction.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States (including federal arbitration law) and the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. For Australian residents, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
Reve Collection's failure to enforce any term or condition in these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reve Collection regarding the Site, superseding all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
